Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • The item is incomplete or has missing parts.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoices.

2. Non-Returnable Products

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

  • Used or damaged products caused by the customer.
  • Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
  • Clearance or sale items (unless received damaged or incorrect).
  • Customized or personalized products.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
  2. Share your Order Number, clear product photos, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
  4. If approved, we will provide return instructions.

4. Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be transferred to your bank account or JazzCash/EasyPaisa account.
  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued through the original payment method where applicable.

5. Exchange Policy

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, we will replace it free of charge, subject to stock availability.

6. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), ZAM ZAM MIX MART will bear the return shipping charges.
  • If the customer wants to return a product due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
  • Customers must check the parcel before using the product.
  • If a parcel is refused without a valid reason, future COD orders may be declined.

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be processed according to this Return & Refund Policy.
